i just went to craig's list again

because i'm still applying for jobs ... just in case
and i can't even bring myself to write another cover letter. i guess i should give myself a break.

went over to shara's and re-dyed the hair. hair appointment thursday.
we watched part of sex and the city - the movie. loving it, too. forgot how much i miss that show.

davey b goes on tour for a few days now. he's out somewhere tonight with ryan. i thought they'd be home by now ... i beat them! i am so glad that he is with me on this adventure.

new york - you are making me stronger. i am still me, but i am just as strong as i thought i was, and god really gives you what you need when you need it. support and love surround me even as i'm 100's of miles away from little ol raleighwood.

i miss dance class the most.

deep breaths!

ok brooklyn. i am here.

we are living in greenpoint, and everything in our new apartment is still pretty much a wreck, but god i have never been this floored in my life. we have an adventure every day.

neither of us house secured a job yet, but we're both expecting to in the next week or two.

i miss the people of north carolina. but lord have mercy do i belong here.

david put together a pink bike from target for me all by his self (so proud!!), and i can't wait for his to get here so we can go riding and explore.

i still can't believe we live here, but at the same time i totally believe it because i shouldn't be living anywhere else. what an incredible journey the last week has been.

hey life! here i come!!

flavor tripping

have you heard of miracle fruit? it makes everything - even lemons, taste like candy. it's a natural fruit grown from the ground - from west africa. they go bad very quickly, and they're expensive - $2 a fruit. this guy in nyc is throwing flavor tripping parties for $15 a head.
